Jennie, thanx for your thoughts about assists and doing yoga with the aid of a bedroom mirror. I was looking at my pics and made a little movie for you all, unfortunately the site only takes non movie formats. Does anyone know how to upload a real time movie onto the site? This image is just the beginning of the movie. Did you get your bag or has all of my energy focused on Lufthansa been repulsed. things are returning to normal here in central Wisconsin and i have landed a beginner's class in january at Karuna Yoga studio in my front yard.
