back from Honduras

Hello from the cold north. Spent the last two weeks back in central america doing medical work at the Missionary Health Service clinic in Chapaqua Honduras near Trujillo. Could tell my passion for medicine is waning but I had a great time teaching yoga to the other providers ages 24 to over 70 on one of our days off. Alice, sounds like you're enjoying that teaching and glad you like the tattoo, all healed and now part of me. Start my second session of classes at the Karuna Yoga Studio, a beginner session and a continuation of my first beginner class which is termed beginner plus. Should be fun and a challenge. the snow in my drive way is a full story and a half high and getting old, of course I did get out of 2 weeks of it in honduras. Erin sounds like you are really busy up there in Saskatoon and I hope the new yoga gig is going well. Lynzardo great wheel. Jennie, just 23 days left, a short timer for sure. Miss you all, love john
